We invite you to join us for a one-of-a-kind, authentic Greek experience on the picturesque Island of Alonissos. From briny feta and golden olive oil, to the salty scent of the Aegean sea, we can’t wait to share our favourite Greek sights, tastes, smells, and experiences with you.

During this Live Well, Lead Well retreat, you will live as Greeks do, immersed in the beauty and splendour of the islands. You will dine on fresh Mediterranean cuisine, be immersed in nature, and experience the authentic Greek culture, all while building community amongst fellow travellers. This is an invitation to step into a simpler, yet impactful way of life.

Over six incredible days, we will offer an engaging and flexible itinerary featuring a variety of expertly curated activities and experiences that will create new memories and inspire your personal leadership journey. In addition, there will be plenty of opportunities to rest, relax and reflect— be it basking by the pool, walking on beaches, or sipping on a glass of Greek wine.

The focus of this retreat is on Living Well in order to Lead Well.

As teachers, administrators, and leadership development facilitators we understand deeply that to lead well you must also live well. There is no better time than now to focus on self care, and restoring the energy required to press forward in your roles as difference makers and leaders in your work, personal lives, and communities.
